DTF Heat Transfers are printed to order, please allow 2-8 business days to process your order. 

We are shipping from Southern California. We offer free shipping on orders of $100+  We also offer Local Pick-up (Los Angeles, CA 90032)

If your order is returned to Designs By Lux for insufficient address or any reason it'll be automatically refunded and charged a 15% Restocking Fee. Excluding Customs. 

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen mail. Please take in mind, once we drop off orders to it's courier we have no control of packages during it's transit. Double check your address is correct to avoid any delivery delays.
